As your trusted legal adviser, we seek to provide you with “big-firm” services at “small-firm” prices. Some of our services are offered on a “fixed-fee” basis (except where your matter involves unusual legal issues). These services include:-

Conveyancing: From $1,600 plus GST and disbursements;

Matrimonial financial agreements: From $1,500 plus GST and disbursements;

Wills: From $500 plus GST and disbursements (e.g. Will Safe Fees);

Application for Probate and Administration: The statutory scale of fees generally applies.

In relation to other services, a “fixed-fee” agreement may be offered depending on the nature and complexity of your matter.

Rest assured that, if a “fixed-fee” agreement cannot be offered, our hourly rates are highly competitive against our competitors.

Our Firm has a network of service providers from various disciplines such as land surveyors, town planners, tax advisors, architects, accountants, valuers, engineers, building certifiers so on and so forth. These aligned professionals will be able to assist with your legal matters, be they contentious or non-contentious. Your approval of their fees and terms of service will precede our engagement of these service providers.
